Our spaces
Our apartment, sleeping up to 5 guests, is furnished with the greatest attention and care for detail to ensure your comfort: it is very bright and set in a recently built residence. Every room also has its own terrace or balcony.

Kitchen
The kitchen, open-plan with the living room, is fitted with every comfort you need: fridge, freezer, conventional and microwave ovens, hob and dishwasher, plus all the utensils needed for cooking.

Double bedroom
The double bedroom has a large bed with a high-quality mattress and soft, comfortable sheets and pillows. The room also features a TV and a desk.

Twin bedroom
The second bedroom, with two comfortable single beds, is very bright and welcoming and has a large desk, ideal for those who need a workspace.

Two full bathrooms
In the first bathroom you'll find everything you need, including the shower, plus shampoo and towels. The second bathroom, also equipped with soap, towels and toilet paper, has a bathtub where you can relax after a long day.

Terraces and balcony
The large terrace, accessible from the living room or kitchen, has a table and chairs for enjoying a meal outdoors with company. A second terrace opens off the double bedroom, while the twin bedroom leads to a lovely balcony: every room has its own outdoor space.

Here you'll find us
Where we are
Set in the green and very quiet residential district of Pindemonte, in the Borgo Trento area at the foot of the Avesa hills, the apartment is just 1.5 km from Verona's historic centre, to which it is excellently connected by public transport. The Santini bus stop — city lines 24 on weekdays and 96 on Sundays/holidays — is right below the house and links you to the centre and to Porta Nuova station.
The house is just 300 metres from Borgo Trento Hospital, reachable on foot. You can park on the street or nearby, or in a garage with electric door on request. About 500 metres away is a sports complex with an indoor and outdoor Olympic pool. A very warm welcome from hosts Giovanna and Marina; Giovanna lives with her husband Fabrizio on the upper floor of the same building.
